Liz is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and state-certified Traditional Health Worker doula offering in-home perinatal support in Lane County and surrounding areas.
She provides birth doula, postpartum doula, and lactation support services to families throughout the perinatal period, from pregnancy through the early weeks and months of newborn life. Her approach is evidence-based, family-centered, and built around meeting families where they are.
